• The Selection: Guru isolated this specific OGK phenotype out of early Southern California OG cuttings brought up north. He selected it specifically for its exceptional potency, heavier yield, and ability to hold up better in high-altitude NorCal environments compared to the notoriously finicky, weak-stemmed original OG cuts.

• Community Preservation: Before Cali Connection entered the picture, Tahoe OG remained a tightly guarded clone-only cut passed strictly between trusted Northern California medical collectives, mountain growers, and early forum legends on ICMag and Overgrow.
